What We Check — So You Don't Have To
Each maintenance visit is a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection of your system. Here’s what our team covers:
Heating System Check:
Check thermostat, inspect heat exchanger, check fan, inspect refrigerant levels and pressure, check fan motor amps, check and clean pilot burner and flame rod, check filter system, check safety controls and defrost, check humidifier damper, inspect gas piping, inspect chimney and venting system, check burners, check blower, check secondary heat exchanger, check and clean condensate pump and lines, check and adjust firing rate, inspect and adjust electrical connections, check system airflow, identify system switch and breaker, and walk home with a CO monitor.
A/C Safety & Performance Check:
Verify correct airflow, check and adjust thermostat, inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors and relays, inspect evaporator coil, inspect and wash condenser coil, inspect and clean condensate drain, inspect outdoor disconnect, inspect condenser fan motor and blades, and inspect compressor at startup.
