Open Positions

HVAC Apprentice

Starting Pay: $14–17/hr with advancement opportunities

No prior experience necessary — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, develop real skills, and build a career path in a trade that’s always in demand.

You’re a great fit if you:

Have a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including crawling, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
Are willing to work weekends and overtime when needed
Have great communication skills and a professional image
Have basic knowledge of hand tools and a multimeter (EPA Certification is a plus)
Can pass a drug screening and have a good driving record

What you’ll do:

Assist technicians on installations, maintenance, and service of HVAC equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Participate in scheduled training and meetings. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Learn the basics of AC, heating, and refrigeration systems, including sheet metal work. Keep work areas clean and document invoices accurately. Work independently and as part of a team.

HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $18–30/hr

This role is for experienced HVAC professionals who are ready to bring their skills to a team that values them. You’ll be diagnosing and resolving heating and cooling issues for residential customers across our service area — and you’ll have the tools, support, and scheduling to do it well.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience
Strong understanding of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment
Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct system issues
EPA Certified
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license, approved to drive on company insurance
Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS
Availability for on-call and after-hours scheduling

Hoppiness Advisor

Pay: $60,000–$120,000/year

This is a sales and customer relationship role for someone who is equal parts people-person and problem-solver. As a Hoppiness Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between what a customer needs and the solutions we provide — helping them understand their options with honesty, clarity, and confidence.

What you’ll do:

Follow up on sales leads and lists — both technician-generated and self-generated. Conduct complete customer needs assessments on every call. Educate new and existing customers on our full range of service offerings. Use the company’s sales system to track and manage leads. Maintain a strong closing ratio — 70% or higher for generated leads, 50% or higher for marketing leads. Present solutions clearly and handle objections with a total-value approach. Prepare accurate estimates, contracts, and proposals. Negotiate and close sales professionally. Maintain a strong average ticket. Complete all paperwork accurately and on time. Handle financing conversations and collect payments. Stay accessible by phone during working hours.
