By far the best experience I've had with any HVAC company. The appointment was made and serviced on the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and professional.

I watched the technician go over my furnace in great detail. I was fortunate that the issue was some debris in a vacuum line. No replacement parts needed. I had already prepared myself for the sting of the service call. My jaw hit the floor when I was told that a donation of canned foods would cover the service call! Wow. Hoppy is my go to for all my hvac needs from here on out. What a blessing. wish there were more stars i could give them!!!

Overall I am extremely impressed with Hoppy. Our furnace was not working and we were able to get a service appointment for the same day. Eddie, our technician, was very thorough in diagnosing the issues, explaining what he was testing, and answering all my questions throughout the service. Thankfully we have heat again! Because of Eddie and the ease of scheduling the service we had no hesitation in joining their annual service plan. We have been looking for the right fit with a Heating & Air company and we are so grateful we finally found Hoppy!

Brandon from Hoppy Heating and cooling was great! He arrived within 3 hours of the time I called for a repair and 5 minutes before he was scheduled. He explained what was wrong, what had to be fixed, and what could wait. The repair was made quickly. As a woman I am always afraid I will be scammed by repair companies due to commission on sales because it has happened in the past. I feel like I can trust this company to give me an honest quote based on what really needs to be repaired. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future repairs and service.

Hoppy came and did a free tune up on our AC. A couple days later we were having some issues so I called in. The owner did a house call at 8:30 PM on a Friday. He never seemed annoyed that he had to leave his family at what I assume is close to his kids' bed time. While he was here he did a thorough job figuring out what was going on and then even used supplies and tools at not extra cost to us. We have had over 2 hours of the owner's time in a matter of 3 days for only a bad full of canned food that Hoppy donated to the local food pantry.

We will continue to use this small business of only 3 techs. Brandon clearly cares about his employees by doing the late night call and about his customers for not making us wait.

5 stars is simple to give!

We came home to the AC not running and the house sitting at 82 degrees. Hoppy was able to get a technician out within the hour and we were back up and running in about an hour and a half! The technician was friendly, wore boot covers, and kept us updated through their software and iPad throughout the repairs. Their attention to detail, follow ups, and plans for future repairs is truly top notch. Our AC is running better than it did when we bought the house! So grateful that we have such a pro team close by!
