Hoppy Heating & Air answered the phone right away when I called and promptly scheduled a technician to look at our HVAC system. The tech was very honest and professional—he explained the issues with our very old system and the costs to repair it in a straightforward way. We ended up replacing our entire system, but that decision was entirely ours—they never pressured us in any direction. They showed us every option available and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. We selected the system we felt was best for us, and they never pushed us to add more or upgrade anything. The installation was scheduled quickly, the technicians arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the process, and cleaned up after themselves. We also had duct cleaning and a mini-split installed the same day with no issues. A few days later, they followed up to make sure everything was working properly and to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Hoppy, especially if you need something done quickly.
